  • UNDRIP

  • Doctrine of Discovery

  • Free Prior and Informed Consent

  • Criminalization of Indigenous people on our lands

  • The Indian Act

  • Canadian Legal System vs. Indigenous Legal Systems

  • Alberta Regulatory System

  • Before Contact

  • How much Canada spends fighting Indigenous people in the colonial court systems

  • The Alberta Tarsands Tailings Ponds and the threats to Water and how this infringes on Indigenous Rights

  • Where do we go from here

100 spots are available for this exclusive event, we welcome university students, lawyers, technicians, First Nation & Metis Settlement community members, and anyone interested in learning about these critical topics. There will be a report available to summarize and highlight key findings from some of the presenters.
